Leadership

“I came from a family full of nurses.  I knew at a very young age that I wanted to be a nurse.  I have always loved helping others and making a positive impact in people’s lives.”

Hope Vick

RN, LNHA

Administrator

Hope began her career as an occupational therapy assistant and quickly realized her passion for nursing. With a nursing degree obtained in 2004, she embarked on a journey in long-term care (LTC), holding roles such as staff nurse, MDS coordinator, and Director of Nursing for eight years. Inspired by her experience as a nurse consultant in various LTC facilities, Hope pursued her goal of becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). With 19 years of experience in LTC, Hope’s unwavering dedication and family legacy in nursing have shaped her commitment to making a positive impact on people’s lives. As the Administrator of Harmony Hall Nursing & Rehab, she exemplifies exceptional leadership and care.

“Being a nurse has allowed me to connect with individuals I may not have encountered otherwise. I sincerely hope that my contributions in this field have had a meaningful impact on someone’s life.”

Pam G. Lewis

RN AGNP

Director of  Nursing

Pam’s passion for nursing has been deeply influenced by the remarkable women in her family. Both her mother, a retired certified nursing assistant, and grandmother have dedicated their lives to serving others during times of hardship, loss, and devastation. Their selfless examples have inspired her since childhood. Throughout her journey, she has strived to make a positive difference in people’s lives, whether it was through her service in the United States Navy or her progression from a CNA to the role of Director of Nursing. Recently, she successfully completed the Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program at Walden University, further expanding her expertise.

I love working with new residents because it gives me a sense of purpose; the transition from the hospital or their home is often not easy. I love serving as the encouraging and familiar face. Meeting so many new people is a joy and building long-lasting relationships is just a beautiful bonus.
